Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Titanium Mesh website, joining our waitlist, creating an account, or subscribing to the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a firm or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Titanium Mesh is a secure file storage service for professional services firms. Files you upload are encrypted, split into fragments using Reed-Solomon erasure coding, and distributed across a self-healing storage mesh. The Service also lets you connect third-party cloud storage accounts, such as Dropbox, OneDrive, and Google Drive, to copy selected files into the mesh for additional protection.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Joining our waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service, a specific launch date, or any specific pricing or promotional offer. We may invite waitlist members to early access at our discretion and may modify or discontinue the waitlist program at any time.

Titanium Mesh offers subscription plans (currently Starter, Business, and Scale) priced and billed in Botswana Pula (BWP) as shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase. New subscribers receive a free first month; after that, subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for your plan unless cancelled before the renewal date. We may change plan pricing or features prospectively, and will give you reasonable notice before any price change takes effect on your account. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your subscription. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to: store or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to store; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or the storage mesh; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or reverse engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product without our written consent.

You retain all ownership rights to the files you upload to Titanium Mesh ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content. You grant us a limited license to encrypt, fragment, store, transmit, and reconstruct Your Content solely to provide and maintain the Service. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for having the necessary rights and permissions to store it, including rights over any personal data it contains.

Where you connect a third-party account (e.g., Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive) to Titanium Mesh, you authorize us to access the specific files you select in order to copy them into the mesh. We treat your originals as read-only: Titanium Mesh does not modify or delete files in your connected accounts. Your use of third-party services remains subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

We use encryption, erasure coding, and automated repair processes designed to protect Your Content against loss from individual node or device failure. No storage system can guarantee absolute, uninterrupted availability or that data loss will never occur. The Service is provided "as available," and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

The Titanium Mesh name, logo, website, and underlying software are our property or that of our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you to use the Service, we reserve all rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably practicable. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Upon termination, we will retain Your Content for a reasonable period to allow you to retrieve it, after which it may be permanently deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titanium Mesh and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Titanium Mesh harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Botswana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by posting an updated "Last updated" date above or notifying you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
